The mower uses EGO’s 56V ARC Lithium battery platform and includes a 10.0Ah battery and 700W Turbo Charger. EGO rates this combination for up to approximately 75 minutes of mowing on one charge, although actual runtime depends on grass height, terrain, drive use, blade selection, and other conditions.
Its high-efficiency brushless motor produces up to 8.3 ft-lb of cutting torque. The mower is part of EGO’s 800 Series and uses the Select Cut XP multi-blade system, which allows different lower blades to be used depending on whether the operator prioritizes mulching, bagging, or longer runtime.
The Touch Drive self-propel system is controlled from the handle and provides variable ground speed from approximately 0.9 to 3.1 mph. This allows the operator to adjust propulsion independently from the blade system to suit different walking speeds and lawn conditions.
